With over a decade in the hair industry, Tia Lambourn (@tialambourn_hair) has risen to become a global educator and passionate stylist. Her journey from starting as an apprentice in a quaint village salon to traveling the globe as one of the UK’s leading educators is nothing short of inspirational.

Tia’s thirst for knowledge led her to seek out education from world-renowned stylists in America, Australia and Europe. Armed with new skills and a growing clientele, she became self-employed at age 20, developing her own techniques and sharing her knowledge through in-person classes across the UK and Ireland. Her growing social media presence led to sold-out classes in Los Angeles, Australia, Dubai, Arizona and Hawaii.

In the past year, Tia has collaborated with her favorite artists, creating amazing memories. She is now the proud owner of three thriving businesses: Bay Studios Hair Ltd., a sanctuary in the East Midlands; Tia Lambourn Education Ltd., where she empowers other stylists through classes; and ‘The Blonding Bible,’ an online education platform that has become a lifeline for stylists worldwide.

Tia’s seamless work and undeniable passion have landed her brand ambassador roles with some of the industry’s leading brands. This is only the beginning of her journey, and she eagerly anticipates the memories she will create in the industry in the coming decades.
